Joanne Quinn, ph.D. served as a Board Member and the Chair of FIC's Board of Directors from 2007 to 2013. Today, Dr. Quinn continues to spearhead inclusive education practices in Mesa Public Schools. It was as a school psychologist at Tempe High School in 1997 that Joanne met and worked with Jane Kallal, the founder of FIC, and her daughter. As a long time advocate of inclusion in Canada, California and Arizona, Dr. Quinn finds the resources FIC offers unparalleled in strengthening youth and building community for individuals and families facing emotional and behavioral health challenges. Many families report that the resources and sustained relationships offered at FIC are the most therapeutic ones experienced in their journey. Dr. Quinn encourages FIC to expand so that the entire state has access to their cicle of service and support.
