System Transformation Overview
The Family Involvement Center (FIC) has established itself as a national leader in the children's behavioral Heath System of Care. FIC has been integral in its home state of Arizona, transforming the community to a more youth-guided and family-driven service delivery system. Through the The Arizona Institute for Family Involvement and Innovation, FIC is now reaching out to other states and communities around the country, providing assistance in transformational effort.
The Family Involvement Center has been recognized as a best practice site for both Case Management and Financing by the University of South Florida. As a recipient of a SAMHSA Infrastructure Grant, FIC's work has been praised by the evaluation team. Publications noted below:
